Charts and outages

The EU/US charts work again after several weeks outage.

The receiving stations seem to be iffy and off line as much as on line.

In general they are either asleep at the switch, dont care or as so short funded they cant keep it together.

As it stands right now its a novel toy app that is of marginal use to amateurs and generally useless to professionals due to its unreliability.
